Our Services
We are United Ship Chandlers, the preeminent ship chandler in the southern Caribbean, providers of a wide range of goods and services to vessels calling at ports in Trinidad & Tobago. We serve all the ports in the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. We have in place the necessary Custom Bonds to facilitate the ship chandlery trade:
- Bond for Exportation allowing the exporting of goods and duty free supplies
- Temporary Importation Bond for ship spares and repairs.
PROVISION STORES
We provide at very competitive prices, high quality fruits & vegetables, both local and imported to vessels calling at the various ports in Trinidad & Tobago.
Fresh local vegetables are sourced from our retail and wholesale markets on a daily basis. These items sourced from our open-air markets, are warehoused in cool and frozen rooms so as to preserve their freshness. Our refrigerated trucks deliver to your vessel at berth.
BONDED STORES
Our bonded warehouse provides: wines, spirits, beers, beverages, cigarettes. If it is International brands you are after, we can supply. We boast the widest variety of imported and local beers and world renowned Caribbean rums and French wines. We have more than 100 products, which all are duty free!
CABIN STORES
We supply vessels with the widest range of top quality cabin stores at highly competitive prices. This includes: towels and linen, cleaning products, toiletries, floor coverings, cutlery, dishware, tableware, galley items, clothing, and stationery. We supply electrical appliances with 220v as well as 110v to best suit our clients’ needs.
TECHNICAL STORES
We supply vessels with all their deck requirements. This includes: protective gear, paints and brushes, ropes and hawsers, rigging equipment, cleaning products; general deck items like safety/nautical equipment, brushes and mats, cleaning materials, and chemicals.
We also stock all engine and general technical store requirements, this includes: pneumatic and electrical tools, hand/cutting/measuring tools, metal sheets, bars, welding equipment, protective gear, cables, cleaning products, oils and lubricants, fastening, pipes and tubes, fittings and valves, bearings, electronic equipment (220v & 110v), packing and jointing, anti-piracy equipment, firefighting equipment, marine electrical equipment , marine valves, mooring ropes, personal protective equipment (PPE) , piping and safety stores.
